A thrilling first win! The finale Sensation Catcher

On the 19th at the Vita500 Coliseum in Jamsil, Finale Esports, who were in last place after 13 games of the 2023 KDL Preseason 1 Quarterfinals Pool 1 with a 0-3 record, took down the Sensation with Moon "Ho-joon" Ho-joon and enjoyed their first win. The Sensation, on the other hand, fell to 1-3 with the loss.

Finale Esports was looking for their first win, while Sensation needed a victory today as they hadn't lived up to their name with the likes of Moon "Ho-joon" Ho-joon and Choi "Guard" Young-hoon. The Sensation won the first round of the speed battle thanks to the performance of Moon "Ho-joon" Ho-joon, who scored first to take the lead, while Finale Esports came in second and third with Yoon "Yoon" Seo-hyung and Park "Tae-min" Tae-min, but luckily for the Sensation, it was Ko "Speed" Byung-soo who took fourth.

Round 2 was another smooth ride for Sensation, as Finale Esports took second, third, fifth, and seventh place to win by one point and tie the series at 1-1. However, Sensation won rounds three and four with ease, closing out the speed battle with a 3:1 lead.

However, Finale Esports fought back in the Item War. After dropping the first round of the Item War, Seung-min "Banana" Jung came to the team's rescue and showed a series of good performances until the final magnet booster timing, leading to an ace deciding game.

The finale eSports featured Lee "Striker" Stable and Go "Speed" Byung-soo for Sensation. While the appearance of "Striker" Stable was expected, the appearance of "Speed" Go Byung-soo was a surprise. Go "Speed" was more experienced than Go "Striker" and dominated his opponent on the big stage of the Ace Decider, and in the end, 고스톱 Finale Esports captured Sensation and achieved their first precious castle.
